ON ICE EXPERIENCE
8-week all-girls summer skills clinic
Female coaches from the NWHL, VHL, and NCAA
Player appearances from additional NWHL players
Full ice skills and scrimmages
Speed drills, Stickhandling and Edgework
OFF ICE EXPERIENCE
Off-ice will be a mix of exercise, nutrition, chalk talk,
video sessions, team building and other fun girls’ activities
Girls will learn leadership and life skills
Health Education - focusing on Women’s Health as an athlete
Physical health - factors unique to female athletes
Mental health & Anti-Bullying
WHEN
Clinic starts June 28th and runs for 8 weeks. Sessions are every Monday and Thursday at 5:10 pm - 6 pm and Saturdays at 9 am - 9:50 am
WHERE
The clinic will take place at Burlington Ice Palace, 36 Ray Ave, Burlington, MA 01803
WHO
The clinic is open to girls entering U10-U14 in the fall. It will be run by all female coaches from the NWHL, VHL, and NCAA levels
PRICE
Clinic price is $600 per player, with a discounted $360 rate for goalies. A "Grit Girls" practice jersey is included for all
