Her journey wasn't defined by shortcuts—it was built through years of dedication, competing against the best players in the world, and continually striving to improve every aspect of her game.
Today, Tamara is passionate about giving back to the next generation of players.
As the lead professional instructor for Train With The Pros™, she is committed to helping young athletes develop not only their hockey skills, but also the confidence, leadership, communication, and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the ice.
Players will have the unique opportunity to train alongside a current PWHL champion in an environment that emphasizes mentorship, individual feedback, and personal growth.
